Sephine Farsi’s acclaimed animated feature, “The Siren,” narrates the story of Abadan, a city in Southern Iran besieged by Iraq in 1980, as seen through the eyes of a 14-year-old.  Together with the audience, the film explores an answer to the question, “How can one resist a war without resorting to arms?”
