A festival tradition now, the second cinema panel was held. Panelists Serpil Kırel, Kültegin Ögel and Serdar Akar discussed the effects of alcohol and drug portrayal in movies over the audience. The emphasis was on the advertorial effects of tobacco and alcohol industries. It was stressed that although children and teenagers need separate consideration, adults should evaluate the portrayal through their own assessment.
