– All personalised data, such as favourite movies, is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to an external database.

We do not provide any user data to third parties for any reason. Your data stays within the app and is not shared outside.
5 – Data Retention Time
We store analytics and crash data in aggregate without identifying information to improve data experience and performance.
6 – User Accounts and Registration
Our app does not require users to register or log in. Therefore, there is no associated user account data.
7 – Rights of Users
Pursuant to Law No. 6698, we would like to remind you that you have the following rights:
– To learn whether personal data is being processed,
– Request information if your personal data has been processed,
– To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
– To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
– To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
– To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the presence of the conditions specified in Article 7 of Law No. 6698,
– In case of incomplete or incorrect processing of personal data, when it is requested to correct them or in the presence of the conditions specified in Article 7 of Law No. 6698, when it is requested to delete or destroy personal data, to request that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
-To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
– In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for te damage.
8 – Contact Us
You can send us your requests regarding the implementation of Law No. 6698 in writing via iletisim@icapff.com. The International Crime and Punishment Film Festival will finalise the requests in this application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
Changing the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our data practices or legal requirements. We will provide notice of any material changes within the application.
