The Best Film Award at the 13th International Crime and Punishment Film Festival’s Golden Scales Feature Film Competition went to “Terrestrial Verses” by Alireza Khatami and Ali Asgari. Co-director Ali Asgari took part in the ceremony via video message, while the award was given to the film crew by the President of the Jury Yolande Zauberman.
