The theme to be discussed this year in the International Academic Program of the Festival on Law and Criminal Justice was determined as “I am Innocent”. The Academic Honor Award will be given to Paulo Pinto de Albuquerque, professor of Criminal Law, who has served as the Portuguese Judge of the European Court of Human Rights since 2011. In addition to his academic career in Lisbon, he also served as visiting lecturer in many universities, especially in the USA, France and China.
